Can You Do Re-Deliveries?

Due to our produce being perishable, unfortunately we cannot offer DPD redelivery. It is the customers' responsibility to offer a safe place or an alternative option via the DPD app that is sent to the recipient prior to delivery.

If the second attempted delivery fails due to the recipient not being in, the product will be returned to us for composting, and no refund is offered.

Please therefore ensure a correct address is provided with the an accurate contact number when placing your order.

Are Your Flowers Seasonal?

Our flowers are 80% seasonal & British-grown from February to November. We work with a number of incredible suppliers and growers across the country and locally. We are proud to have built these relationships lovingly over the last 15 years. However, for transparency, during Summer we do also use both Dutch and Italian suppliers when the weather fails us, and during the Winter months too. In both instances, I always source incredibly beautiful flowers from these suppliers.
